About the Role

We’re looking for smart, analytical, and driven individuals to join our Equity Research team in Lahore.

You’ll be working closely with the advisory and portfolio management teams to produce deep, data-backed insights that shape our investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial and sectoral research on assigned companies.
  • Attend Company Briefing Sessions (CBS) and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
  • Build and maintain financial models, applying multiple valuation techniques to identify investment opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market and corporate data.
  • Support the management of high-net-worth client portfolios.
  • Participate in monthly advisory calls, masterclasses, and internal review meetings.
  • Will be working under supervision of a senior Research Analyst

Who We’re Looking For

Experience: 06 months in equity research, investment analysis, or portfolio management.

(Even managing a personal portfolio counts — if based on structured research.)

Education: MBA / BBA / CFA / CA / ACCA / or any equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or economics.

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and trend-aware Video Editor to produce high-impact short form content that stops the scroll and builds audience.

You’ll work directly with our content and marketing teams to turn ideas, brand messages, and raw footage into polished, platform-optimized videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit raw footage into engaging, fast-paced short form videos with strong hooks, pacing, and retention mechanics.
  • Add motion graphics, captions, sound design, color grading, and trending effects where appropriate.
  • Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, talking-head videos) into multiple snackable clips.
  • Stay on top of short form trends, audio trends, and platform-specific formats.
  • Manage and organize media assets, project files, and delivery timelines.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience: 6–24 months editing short form content for social media.

(Even a strong personal or freelance portfolio that shows range and consistency counts.)

Education: No formal degree required. A portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of pacing, storytelling, and platform trends matters more.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. After Effects is required.

Location: Lahore (in-house role).

Salary Range: R 70,000 – 120,000 per month + performance bonuses.
