Securities & Futures Advisory Agreement

SERVICES: The Advisor agrees to provide securities & futures advisory services to the Client, which may include advice on listed securities.
Fee structure: In exchange for the services provided by the Consultant, the Client agrees to pay the Consultant a fee of 1% (excluding sales tax) of the portfolio value or Rs1,000,000+tax, whichever is higher, for 12 months, payable in advance.
Additionally, the Client agrees to pay 15% outperformance fee above the agreed benchmark of 1 year fixed income returns on pre-tax basis (best option available including Naya Pakistan Certificate). Performance fee will be calculated on 6 monthly basis & fixed fee paid above 1% value of portfolio (if any) will be adjustable against outperformance fee
TERM: This agreement shall commence on
and shall expire after one year.
CONFIDENTIALITY: The Consultant agrees to maintain full confidentiality of all information disclosed by the Client, including business and personal information, and shall not disclose any such information.
GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved in courts of Pakistan.
